I am lozoot and i have been a member of gamelair and extreme overclocking for 1 year +. When i started talking on extreme overclocking i learned 10 fold about computers compared to what i did know and thats what i hope to do here. I recently wanted to talk about stuff i think of that deals with space.
I am a star wars fan and am really interested in galactic government and economics (it would be insane to actually create these systems). But i also think of ways to make ideas plausable. like adding stuff to others ideas to make it seem more likely. And i have always been interested in planets in our solar system and their capabilities for habitability and the ways we as a race will make a significant difference in our universe. btw i know this isnt a star wars site and i know it isnt real i just like to think about it being real and how it would work. How our space agency would pull off a 1 trillion dollar + mission do anything reasonble. like mine out the planet. or make living quarters or ship depot stations.

Welcome to the forum lozoot. The only 'requirement' (if you can call it that) for this forum (and the original forum with the blue background which I see you've also joined) is an interest in some aspect of space - which you obviously have. This 'new' version is less than a week old, as I set it up after the original version had been down for a couple of weeks & we feared it had gone for good! Having spoken with its owner and as I bought a domain name for this new site, we decided to run both forums together in harmony (I'm also the daily administrator on the original forum - so have fingers in both 'pies'). ;D The planets were largely what introduced me to this hobby. I'm still very interested in Jupiter's moon, Europa which, with its possible under-ice ocean, could perhaps harbour some type of life form, however primitive. Both Spacetalk forums could do with a bit of a boost - so look forward to further posts as & when you feel like it. Again, welcome.
