Following on from 'Totally Unique Concept' ...
The quantum fluctuation cannot have contained 'time dips' i.e. gravity wells within which time could operate to produce gravity. Inflation is supposed to have occurred from size 10^-40 cm to well less than 1 cm. Could it be that gravity was negligible, in effect because the 'dips in space' were too small to get a significant time differential for 'Time Inertia' to work. At macro dimensions, from say a significant fraction of 1cm there is enough radius to the universe for tiny dips to have slopes where time ran slow allowing a beginning to gravity. In essence The cause /effect is Shape causes 'Time Inertia' causes gravity.
Maybe its just nonsense, lol.
