Future space hotel
After the human species has destroyed our planet, after the pollution is no longer tolerable and after lack of trust and the arms race has brought about nuclear devastation, the only safe place in which to live may be that of a space city.
Floating citadels
Scientists have already come up with concepts depicting huge orbital structures in space between Earth and the Moon, floating citadels that leave this Earth behind, inter- acting with each other and with it's citizens living in peace and paradise.
The Bigelow concept
At the beginning we may see orbiting Space hotels constructed using the Bigelow inflatable concept, and as more advanced life support concepts become available, huge orbiting cities housing as many as 1000 people may be commonplace.
