A batch of UFO's An unidentified flying object (usually abbreviated to UFO or U.F.O.) is any unusual apparent object in the sky whose cause cannot be identified by the observer, or (in a narrower definition) by investigators; though in popular usage it more loosely means alien spacecraft, being one explanation (among several) offered for such sightings. UFO's in flight Studies have established that the majority of UFOs are observations of some real but conventional object—most commonly aircraft, balloons, noctilucent clouds, nacreous clouds, or astronomical objects such as meteors or bright planets – that have been misidentified by the observer as anomalies, while a small percentage of reported UFOs are hoaxes. However, after excluding these incorrect reports, between 5% and 20% of the total remain unexplained, and so can be classified as unidentified in the strictest sense. A sighting Many such reports have been made by trained observers such as pilots, police and the military; some involve radar traces, so not all reports are visual. Proponents of an extraterrestrial hypothesis believe that these unidentified reports are of alien spacecraft, though various other hypotheses have been proposed. While UFOs have been the subject of extensive investigation by various governments, and some scientists support the extraterrestrial hypothesis, few scientific papers about UFOs have been published in peer-reviewed journals. There has been some debate in the scientific community about whether any scientific investigation into UFO sightings is warranted. Considering the fact that all UFO sightings have been that of small craft, prominent Astronomers believe that coupled with all sightings, there must be a mother ship somewhere, for to be able to travel distances of light year duration, life support systems would need to be colossal, and the mother ship would have to be as big as a city, as in the film "Independence day" No such sightings of mother ships have been reported Looking at a UFO Credits: These are non copywrite images. Mother ships? Colossal sizes?
IMO this sort of thinking is wishful thinking. That the Alien biology is like ours, that "their" scale is like ours. Even that they are biological!
Perhaps we can assume that any non-biological Alien probably had biological predecessors. Notice I use the word 'probably'.
Whatever, I suppose that this could be correct as one possibility from very many but imo it cannot be used as a negative. That is to say if there is no mother ship then there can be no Alien.
Seems to me if there ever was a UFO then our DNA has been taken and humans "grown" from it. Possibly with bio-mods to match various conditions. That is, if we proved worth it!
Maybe we are grown for our brains which could be used to power various machines. No maybe not, even Dolphin brains are bigger. Frankly considering the number of planets littering the galaxy I would think we are regarded as boringly common. LOL.

Well Pigs might fly eh! There are certain things about life on other worlds that are standard. First of all a Planet must be in the habitable zone where there is water for the building blocks of life to be activated and everyone agrees with that because it is a fact. Now these building blocks of life are abundant in the Universe, in other words they are universal. When the probe came back from Haley's Comet it was full of them. These same building blocks are responsible for the evolution of the millions of different species here on Earth including intelligent species, all biological. One Comet does not have a different set or type of building blocks or laws from the other as they all pick them up from the same source - interstellar space, and shed them as they pass through the thermal zone of a Star right in the path of the Planets. so it would be reasonable to presume that all planets would receive the same building blocks and laws and those species evolved from them would be biological. You and I can think of as many scenarios as our intelligence can come up with but the facts are that even after billions of years aliens have not been here to shake our hands because they are biological and life support systems would be too great to sustain a voyage that would take, even at the speed of light, centuries, with life and death, to get here, in other words, mortality would have defeated them, just like it would defeat us. If they are not biological and not culminated from the universal building blocks of life as we have, do not have the same laws and do not need the same life support systems as we would need, then they would have been here long ago. Lol. The black Eye galaxy

Glactus says:" If they are not biological and not culminated from the universal building blocks of life as we have, do not have the same laws and do not need the same life support systems as we would need, then they would have been here long ago. Lol." Possibly. You cannot prove a negative "They have never been here" If they were mechanical 'they' might be the size of a pea - or less. Or disguised to look like bed-lice L.O.L. Maybe they came and thought "Just another warm bio-planet (with crawlies)". Maybe there are more water planets hidden under ice and they prefer deep ocean and have gills. Space conditions may be easy-peasy, even preferred. Maybe they are like us and invade tomorrow. Maybe they are good bio-engineers and are just like us for spying, lol

An ignored fact shown by Einstein's Relativity is that technically it is possible to go anywhere in the visible universe in any time (seconds or more). The snag is gaining enough energy.
The reason is that at speeds that are a good proportion of the speed of light, c, result in distance becoming shorter in the line of travel.
Bear in mind also that whilst we on this planet may measure thousands of years to pass for a speeding spaceship, the passengers will experience normal time that, if we could measure it, would appear to have almost stopped for the passengers. In other words for the passengers only a few years would pass...
