I've not been here for a long time but i'm just wondering how many active members are here that post on regular basis ?? I've been looking at topics and looks like very few and are far between post . Why is that ? Also looking for Andymac , long time friend from back in the early 90s' . I'm aware he's owner of this forum . Just wanting to chat a spell . Ron

Very few people left, even fewer who post regularly. No idea why. Yep, Andymac runs this site, but he is getting older by the day, so is a bit senile and forgets to post. If it were not for the name tag attached to his shirt; he would forget his own name.

Good to hear from you Ron. Yes, this forum is pretty dead nowadays (though thanks to Glactus for his continued input) & is a place for 'ex-ST'ers' from the original Spacetalk site to 'hang out' & keep in touch. but he is getting older by the day, so is a bit senile and forgets to post. Of course my excellent upbringing prevents me from making any 'ageist' remark back, but just for the record, may I say that I have always greatly admired RJ - as did my father before me and his father before him......

The site is not dead. In fact I am having a lot of fun in formatting space art and full screen size deep space images. I am working on the second disc of 1000 images and have got to 763 so will have the disc finished in a couple of months. A new disc of 100 full screen size space walks is being finalized. This disc is exclusive and together with the new one of 1000 images will be available free to Space talk members on request. Although not many members are posting, don't lose heart as I notice that there are quite a lot of guests locking on to the site. Try and post if you can. The Antennae

You don't have to be good at Space Art to insert into your Space Talk posts . I can do it all for you, with pleasure. Below are two avatars, each with your name on it as a sample. there are 100 of the first one with the telescpe on it available with different cosmic scene, and 100 of the bottom one also available. I will upload all images so you will have the URL's for each one for inserting into Space Talk. I will send you a disc with them on or by e/mail if you wish. This service is available to all members, Everything is free. For you - anything
