Mars
We will go to Mars, for we must leave this Earth to guarrantee the survival of the species and plant the seeds of humankind where the whispers of the cosmos are calling us. In this beginning of the 21st century we have a grand vision -The great Martian adventure.

Mars offers much more than Lunar colonization, with both robotic instruments on the surface and obiting spacecraft transmitting essential data, scientists are able to confirm that water is in abundance at the poles, and if we can create a greenhouse effect as time goes by, Mars could resemble Earth, with an earthlike atmosphere, oceans and forests.

Because of its huge elongational obit aound the Sun, distances from Earth to Mars vary from 55 million kilometers to 400 million kilometers, and with our present technology, the round trip could take 18 months
The first arrivals
like the pionees that went to the Americas, the first Astronauts should be prepared to live on the Red Planet in the same way, knowing that they would never return.
